HTC and Samsung are perhaps the biggest players in the phone market, as of now. Samsung though is doing far more work than HTC but still the second the position is held by HTC, it seems Samsung is not in the mood to lose it in at least next two to three years. Well, in the quest for capturing the first position, HTC has recently announced the features of HTC Velocity 4G. It’s being brought in India by no other than Vodafone. Vodafone, according to me, will perfectly match up with the phone’s quality and hefty features. Now, coming to the features let me tell you that HTC Velocity 4G is a 4.5inch capacitive touchscreen 4G enabled phone which supports multitouch too. Now, let’s have a brief view on the other features of HTC Velocity 4G too.
Operating System
Operating system of HTC Velocity 4G will be Android v2.3 (Gingerbread). Gingerbread OS is perhaps the most used OS this year. Android as a whole has turned out to be great success story for Google. Android phones’ demand has almost doubled since last year making it the biggest competitor to iOS.
Processor
HTC Velocity 4G is having a Dual-core 1.5 GHz Scorpion processor with amazing GPU, Adreno 220. HTC Velocity 4G’s processor clearly is so fast that I don’t think you will ever need to tweak it to over-clock it. Scorpion chipset just adds up to its power.
Camera
Camera quality of HTC Velocity 4G is just superb. HTC Velocity 4G is having a 8MP primary camera with features like autofocus, dual-LED flash. You could even be able to make full HD videos with it. Another great feature which HTC Velocity 4G is having a powerful secondary camera. HTC Velocity 4G is having a 1.3MP secondary camera which can also be used to record HD videos.
Memory
Memory’s catalog of HTC Velocity 4G add up another feather to the cap of this phone. HTC Velocity 4G is having a huge 16GB internal memory which is expandable up to 32GB via microSD card. HTC Velocity 4G is having 1GB RAM too to accompany its powerful processor.
Price
The phone’s price is yet not announced officially but we can guess it. According to our team, the price of this master piece will be well over Rs.30,000 perhaps Rs.34,500. This clearly will not be the choice of an ordinary man.
