Maruti’s New 'Alto' K10 Unveiled




India’s largest car maker, Maruti Suzuki India, has unveiled a new version of Alto, Alto-K10 at price tag of Rs 3.03 lakh - Rs 3.16 lakh.
 
The Alto-K10 is powered by the company's latest generation K-series engines and bears many performance factors. The Alto K10 has also been nicely redesigned on the inside and the outside with the features like stylish 3-spoke steering wheel, gear knob, booster assisted braking system, newly designed fog lamps and tail lamps, head rest for front and rear passengers and two tone interiors.     
 
"The Alto's package of performance, fuel efficiency and attractive cost of ownership have together made it India's most popular car. The Alto-K10 will take this forward," Maruti Suzuki India (MSI) Managing Director and CEO Shinzo Nakanishi said.
 
The present version has a healthy demand of about 20,000 units every month and is regarded as the largest selling car in India. The new Alto-K10 is expected to bring in additional customers to its fold.
 
MSI Alto K10 will provide a mileage of 20.2 km/litre.
